Erin Rossow
Founder
Erin started this organization because at 17 years old she experienced a traumatic loss no one should have to go through. She lost her father to suicide. She remembers having to decide if she was going to go to therapy or put gas in her car some weeks. Erin doesn’t want other children to have that experience. She wants to be able to provide children the opportunity to have an amazing life after they have experienced such a traumatic event in their life. Children shouldn’t have to worry about paying for therapy when they are seeking help. Children are our future, they deserve to have the best opportunities available to them to be successful.
Abby Clemons
Vice President
Abby Clemons is so proud to be part of Together on Memories because she believes providing children and teens with the resources they need to deal with the loss of a loved one. Children especially need support and therapy to help them navigate through tragedy, and as a mother of three daughters she loves being part of an organization that will help children right in this community.
Shannon James Kuball
Vice President & Therapist
Shannon is a mom, wife, farmer, and mental health therapist. She is passionate about people and committed to empowering others in pursuit of their goals. Shannon spent five years working as a hospice grief counselor and understands to deep pain that accompanies loss and the long journey toward healing. She has also experienced loss in her own life and is a fellow sojourner through grief. Shannon believes that healing is a process and wants to encourage others on their journey, which is why she is a part of this organization. She believes “Together On Memories” is a beautiful way to provide opportunities for children and teenagers to find life changing healing as they move through their grief, and feels blessed to be a part of an organization with a heart like “Together On Memories.”
Jessica Frietag
Event Coordinator
Jessica joined Together on Memories because losing loved ones is so hard, especially on children and teens. Jessica has lost several friends in high school and lacked the resources to learn how to deal with loss. She is hoping to bring that support to as many kids as possible to help them move forward in their lives.
Larry Johnson
Treasurer
Larry has been a member of the Waseca community since 1990. He has been married 31 years and has 4 children as well as 3 grand children. TOM is important to him because he has had multiple experiences with people suffering from the trauma of mental illness. If he can help ease the burden of someone’s trauma and help them to heal and cope, then it is all worthwhile.
Randy Splett
Board Member
Randy Splett joined Together on Memories because he believes in helping others become better. The second he heard about this organization he was drawn to it, he knew it was something he wanted to help grow. Mental health is so sensitive and becoming more apparent in our society. If we can help any child become their best self, we are all becoming better.
